Another Complement to Dixie

On this morning's walk to the office, the following parody of George M. Cohan's Give My Regards to Broadway popped into the noggin somewhere between Houston and Canal Streets. I offer it here cum grano salis, because it's incredible to me that no one before has set this obvious joke to this obvious tune:

Check out the Broadway listings;
We'll take in one or two good shows!
—Simply to score two measly tickets,
We'll be paying through the nose!
Figure the meals and parking,
And now we're talkin' lots of brass.
Give my regrets to New Broadway—
On second thought, I think I'll pass.
